Our easiest Certified Mail option, this envelope is perfect when mailing items that fit into a #11 or smaller envelope. Print postage, addresses, and all certified mail forms with Return Receipt in one step. Then just seal the envelope and track its delivery right from the Stamps.com software. Finally, the days of manually completing USPS forms are over!

Template Number: SDC-3810

  • Use provided #11 Certified Mail Envelope or insert standard #10 envelope or smaller
  • Return Receipt service must be used when using these envelopes
  • Certified Mail tracking number is recorded by Stamps.com so you can view all tracking events including delivery
  • Inkjet and laser printer compatible
  • Printing these forms requires a Stamps.com Premier level subscription

Printing Postage

To print postage onto Stamps.com's Certified Mail Envelopes with Return Receipt select template SDC-3810 when using the Envelopes or Packages interface in Stamps.com software version 8.6 or higher. This option will be available in the Printing On drop-down menu when you are sending letters, bills, large envelopes, thick envelopes, USPS Flat Rate Envelopes, USPS Flat Rate Boxes, or packages and can be used with First-Class Mail or Priority Mail.

This envelope is a replacement of Stamps.com template number SDC-3800.
