Returns / Exchanges
At Stamps.com, your satisfaction is our number one concern. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your order, you may return any unopened and unused item(s) (in the original packaging) purchased from our website within 30 days of your original order date for your money back. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable and returns shipped C.O.D. or postage due will not be accepted.

PhotoStamps gift codes purchased through third party retailers are subject to the retailer’s return policy. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your order, you may return any complete sheets paid for with a gift code within 30 days of your original order date and we will reprint the order. Items ordered through the PhotoStamps.com website and paid for with gift codes are not eligible for a cash refund.

In the case of a defective item, Stamps.com will honor the applicable warranty period if it exceeds 30 days. In such an event, please contact Customer Support. All sales of clearance, discontinued, or retired items are final, they cannot be returned for refund.

Stamps.com is not responsible for return packages not received. In order to prevent lost packages and ensure we receive your return we strongly recommend that you purchase delivery confirmation. We regret we cannot issue a refund unless we have actually received your return or you can provide proof of delivery.

  1. Identify the Intellectual Property that you claim has been infringed;
  2. Provide a photocopy or scanned image of the allegedly infringing Postage for identification purposes;
  3. Provide your address, telephone number, and email address;
  4. Provide a statement that (i) you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the Intellectual Property owner, its agent, or the law, (ii) the information you have provided to us is accurate, and (iii) you are the owner of the Intellectual Property involved or you are authorized to act on behalf of that owner; and
  5. Provide your physical or electronic signature
